| Abstract: | Expectancy theory is an effective tool in analyzing management objectives and the working enthusiasm stimulated by management measures.Stimulating the internal driving force of teachers' professional development should be done in these four areas: enhancing teachers' level,establish a scientific reward system,improve the effect and pertinence of teachers' professional development,setting up training and assessment tasks of moderate difficulty level. |
