| 摘 要： | 我国的大学主要是由国家举办的.国家作为投资者,政府作为管理者,对大学具有领导权、调控权、监督权.大学必须为国家服务,对政府负责.因此理顺政府与大学之间的关系,是构建有中国特色的现代大学关键所在.
