| 摘 要： | 中国高等教育由“精英教育”向“大众化”转换，客观上导致了大学毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻；再者．南于大学生缺乏应有的职业素质和职业生涯规划意识，更降低了自身的求职竞争力。因此，加强对大学生的职业生涯规划教育已成为高职院校迫切需要解决的同题。笔者在本文中对如何加强高职高专学生职业生涯规划教育体系建设进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | China's higher education keeps changing from elite education to popularization gradually,while the situation of employment positions or posts for college graduates is getting increasingly grim,as college students lack their professional qualities and career planning awareness,which has lowered their competitiveness in the labor market.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to strengthen career planning education for vocational college students,which is mainly discussed in the paper. |
