| 摘 要： | 一国内部区域经济的开放属于某种"二重"开放--区际开放和国际开放.国际开放因有较为系统的连续统计数据而早已为研究者通过各种方法测算过,但国内区际开放因少有系统统计数据而长期受到忽视.本文依据较宽泛的开放含义,从中国省域经济层面切入,试图就中国省域经济"二重"开放建立一套可计量的指标体系,并尝试测算主要省域经济的"二重"开放程度,把握其"二重"开放的特征.

| Abstract: | The opening up of regional economy is a kind of dual opening up. It is opening up internationally, and opening towards other regions in the same country. Many researchers have measured international openness for existing systemic data, but no one has measured interregional openness because of data lacking. From the perspective of provincial economies in China, this paper tries to construct a set of indicator system to measure interregional and international openness in terms of comparatively wide meanings of openness, attempts to measure the dual openness of the main provincial economies in China and grasp their opening characteristics. |
