摘    要:阐述显性知识、隐性知识的概念及二者之间的关系,馆员隐性知识转移条件及方式。明确促进馆员苎譬知识转移的对策是构建以人为本的图书馆人文环境及和谐的组织环境,创建学习型图书馆,搭建人才竞争机制平台等。

Abstract:This paper tries to discuss the conception of shown knowledge,potential knowledge and their relationship.It also points out that the transferring condition and transiting way of librarians'potential knowledge is the way to promote the human-orientated and harmonious environment,to create an learning atmosphere in the library,and to set up a platform where people can compete,etc.
