| Abstract: | Synopsis : The localization of the school is the directionality choice thatthe school survives and develops. Any school should know what does oneself do, how should do . It is wide that the nationwide school designs the surface, there should be firm localization and thinking of development even more. In asituation that the guilding principle is confirmed , can avoid waving , avoidthe big rise and big fall. |
