| 摘 要： | 毛泽东在社会主义改造完成之后,基于对苏联模式本身弊端的认识,曾在一个时期内提出过实行“新经济政策”的设想,对适合中国国情的所有制模式做了颇具独创性的探索。然而,由于这一思想本身的局限以及此后中国国内政治风云的剧变,它未能转化为具体的政策付诸实施,以致不可避免地留下历史的缺憾。

| Abstract: | Mao Ze-dong put forward "new economic policy", because he recognized the shortcomings of Soviet pattern and wanted to search for the pattern of ownership suiting for China's situation. However, his idea couldn't become into realistic policy because of the limitation of itself and the change of political situation. |
