高校英语教师企业挂职锻炼的研究与思考

工作到一定年限的高校英语教师往往会遭遇事业瓶颈期，出现教学内容和实际需求脱节的尴尬，而ESP（专门用途英语）的兴起则给广大教育工作者带来了机遇与挑战。到企业挂职锻炼是高校英语教师进修或培训的有效途径之一，不仅能够开拓行业视野，提高个人专业素质，还可构建校企合作，促进产学研结合。笔者结合亲身体验，对英语教师到企业挂职锻炼的经历做出了总结与思考。

An Exploration on the Exercise in Enterprises of College English Teachers

College teachers with some years of teaching experi-ence would be at a standstill, encounter the detachment of teach-ing and practicing, but can embrace the chances and challenges from ESP （English for Specific Purpose）. Sending English teach-ers to enterprises for temporary post is one way to improve their practical ability. Not only it can broaden their horizon, keeping up with the latest information about the specialty; it also brings benefits to the cooperation between enterprises and colleges. Fi-nally, a reflection about English teachers＇ exercise in enterprises is summarized based on the author＇s experience.
