浅谈新时期如何做好一名合格的体育教师

青少年是国家的未来。然而，由于种种原因，现在学生的体质健康情况却不容乐观。这一现象引起了党中央的高度重视。随着国家一系列“增强学生体质”相关文件的出台和落实，对学校体育提出了更高的要求。本文提出，体育教师作为学校体育的具体实施者，应该努力提高自身的专业素质，具备良好的道德品质---具有“三心”，加强健康意识的培养。通过创建实效的体育课堂，上好体育课，锻炼学生身体，发展学生体能，促进学生的健康成长。新形势下，我们体育教师更要努力提高自身的专业素质，做一名合格的体育教师，是时代赋予我们体育教师的历史重任。

A Brief Discussion on How to Be a Qualified Sports Teacher in the New Period

Teenagers are the future of the country. However, due to various reasons, the present students＇ physical health situation is not optimistic. This phenomenon has attracted the attention of the Party Central Committee. With the implementation of a series of relevant national documents which aims to＂enhance the phys-ical fitness of students＂, higher requirements for school sports have been put forward. Physical education teachers, as the spe-cific implementers of school sports, should strive to improve their own professional qualities, possess good moral character, namely,＂three qualities＂, and strengthen the training of health-conscious. By creating effective PE classes and instructing PE course well, teachers should attempt to train students＇ physical quality, devel-op their physique and promote their healthy growth. In the new situation, we PE teachers should work harder to improve our pro-fessional qualities, and become qualified physical education teachers, which is also the historical responsibility endowed to us by the era.
