浅谈异地高考的实施困境

大量的人口迁移和流动使随迁子女升学成为难点，现行高考制度的不合理和高考户籍的限制，都成为异地考生升学的阻碍。异地高考是对于教育公平的诉求，然而异地高考难以实施的困境在于不同利益群体的博弈，以及外地考生就地高考的资格认定以及取消户籍制度带来的一系列问题。因此，异地高考政策的落实，任重而道远。

Massive population migration and mobility makes mi-grant children＇s enrollment so difficult, and besides, the present unreasonable college entrance system and the limitations of the household registration system, have all become the obstacles to further studies of migrant candidates. College matriculation policy for migrant children is an appeal to educational fairness, but the predicament of implementing the policy is the game among dif-ferent groups of interests, bringing a series of problems such as the qualification accreditation of college matriculation for migrant children and the cancellof the household registration system. Therefore, the implementation of the college matriculation policy for migrant children still has a long way to go.
