| 摘 要： | 广州体育学院是国家竞技健美操训练基地，学院健美操队也在国际和国内各重大比赛中取得不俗的战绩，其运动队的建设正处在探索试办阶段，分析运动队的管理机制现状和存在的问题，并提出了相应的发展对策，为广州体育学院健美操队的建设和更好的发展提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | Guangzhou Institute of PE is the training foundation of sports aerobics in China and it' s aerobics team has got distinguished achievements in many sorts of essential matches. The writer analyzed the management system and problem exiting in the team Guangzhou institute of PE and provided the development suggestions in this article. All these suggestions can do good to the team' s future. |
