摘    要:以内外资企业技术非对称竞争中内资企业的发展壮大为背景,提出技术低端企业可以通过差异化的产品选择机制,部分避免竞争中的技术劣势,分析并用彩电业的调查材料验证这种市场机制。低端企业的横向差异化产品选择降低了产品的同质性,提高了产品在细分市场上的市场垄断能力。横向差异化的产品选择还解决了经济学上技术低端企业技术纵向跟进不是最佳选择策略的难题,为技术低端企业的相对技术进步提供了理论上的解释空间。

Abstract:Holding the opinion of product differentiation may help low-tech competitors overcome inferior position during competition partly under circumstance of asymmetric technique level,this paper analyzed the differentiation mechanism and approved it with the material of Color-TV industry of China.Horizontal differentiation product choice of low-tech competitors contributes to distinguish their product from those of high-tech competitors on one hand,which can reduce the attention to vertical difference of products of consumers,therefore reduces the monopoly ability of high-tech products;while on the other hand,it can also contributes to distinguish products of low-tech competitors by reduces mutual substitution,which reduce the severity of price competition.Horizontal differentiation product choice also settles the problem of no optimal choice in economics means for low-tech competitors when they try to raise the technique level,which offer a explanation space in theoretical for relatively technique progress of low-tech competitors.
