| 摘 要： | 中周加入世贸组织以后，企业在参与国际经贸交往的同时会遇到比以往更激烈的贸易保护主义。政府、企业和其他组织应从自身和外部环境入手来制定规范的应对策略来降低进出口风险。

| Abstract: | After China joins the WTO, the enterprises will suffer from intenser protectionism of trade than ever in the foreign trade sector when they participate in economy and trade associate . To tackle the problems, the government, enterprises and other organizations must work out the countermeas-ures so as to reduce the risks of export and import. |
