大学生网德失衡问题及其对策

由于网络的即索即取全球交互特征和传播内容的隐匿、自由、开放、异化等特征,对大学生道德观念及日常行为将产生较大的负面影响.大学生"网德失衡"现象已引起各有关方面的高度关注.本文认为应尽快制定科学的大学生网德行为准则,建立系统的网德行为管理和监控机制,优化网德教育环境,加强网络心理健康教育,不断提高德育教师的信息素质,同时,还要加强与世界网德教育组织的交流与合作.

College Students' Moral Unbalance on the Internet and Countermeasures against It

The characteristics of the Internet's connecting all over the world and its content's concealment,dissimilation,being free and open will affect the moral concepts and daily behaviour greatly and negatively.College students' moral unbalance in using the Internet has already drawn attention from all circles concerned.This paper believes that it is necessary to lay down scientific standards of conduct on the Internet for college students,establish a systematic mechanism to supervise and control behavior in using the Internet,optimize the educational environment of morality on the Internet,strengthen mental health education concerning using networks and constantly enhance the information quality of moral education teachers.In addition,it is also necessary to cooperate with the educational organizations on morality on the Internet in the world.
