| 摘 要： | 人才的竞争是新世纪我国所需面对的一个重要问题,文章从一个全新的视角对新疆人力资源的开发与高校创新人才培养的互动关系进行了思考,并提出了一系列对策,以使新疆人力资源的开发与高校创新人才培养能起到一种良性互动的作用,以更好地适应新时期的各种机遇和挑战。
