中小学教师工作压力状况及相关因素调查研究

摘    要:通过对192名中小学教师工作压力状况及其相关因素的调查显示:中小学教师感受到工作压力较大或很大的已占54.2%;教师的压力反应与其工作压力有显著正相关;与教师压力反应最相关的压力源按重要性依次是家庭因素、社会因素、个人身心特征及工作特征因素。

Abstract:This study investigated the work stress and relevant factors of teachers in prinary & middle schools and found that 54.2% of the teachers have much or great stress. There is a significant positive correlation between the samples' stress response and their work stress. The relevant stress factors in the order of importance to stress response are family factor, social factor, individual physical and psychological factor, and occupation feature factor. Some explanations and suggestions are given to cope with stress in teaching profession.
