| 摘 要： | 邓小平法制思想的形成有其客观的背景和深刻的社会历史根源。邓小平强调法制建设的重要地位,丰富和完善了社会主义法制建设的基本内容,第一次提出社会主义法制建设的基本方针。邓小平的法制思想是我们党依法治国基本方略的指导思想,是我们进行社会主义现代化建设的宝贵精神财富。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiao-ping's thought on legal system formed not by chance, it was under the special objective conditions and profound sources of social history. Deng Xiao-ping had emphasized the important position of legal system construction, enriched and improved the elementary content, and first advanced the basic principle of socialist legal system construction. Deng Xiao-ping's thought on legal system is the guiding ideology of our party's fundamental tactics for running the state according to law. |
