摘    要:对核心能力内涵、高职院校核心能力培养现状及市场人才需求的分析表明,高职院校学生核心能力培养的重点是独立思考能力和自我PDCA能力。因此,自立型日语人才培养目标为:拥有目语专业能力、行业通用能力、独立思考能力和自我PDCA能力的应用性人才。

rhe Study of the Training Targets of the Independent Japanese Talents: Based on the Core Competency in Vocational Colleges

Abstract:By analyzing the meaning and the current situation of core competency in vocational colleges, and based on the market demand for talents, "independent thinking and the personal PDCA" should be at the heart of the competencies for Japanese-majored students. On the basis of that, "independent Japanese talents" should be the training target for vocational colleges, that is "independent thinking and the personal PDCA" plus "Japanese specialty competency" plus "the trade commonly competency".
