| 摘 要： | 植物中的钙与镁，在使用三种混合酸消化后．可与二甲酚橙形成配合物，可进行比色测定，但由于灵敏度不高，稳定性较差，当加入溴化十六烷基三甲铵形成了三元配合物，从而提高了灵敏度与稳定性。

| Abstract: | In this paper ternary complex mothod is developed. Results show that both of the sensitivity in determination and the linear rang in absorbace are increased largely for the sake of the 3rd component of CTAB introduced after being digested the plant sample with HNO3-HClO4-H2SO4. This method has been applied in rapid spectrophormetric determunationof Ca and Mg in plant with satisfactory results. |
