| 摘 要： | 领导法制化理论是邓小平领导思想的重要组成部分,其实质就是要从法律制度上变人治领导为法治领导。它深刻阐明了实现党和国家的领导法制化是我国社会主义民主政治建设的根本要求,系统论述了我国领导法制化建设的根本目标、基本要求和一系列辩证关系,对于我们在现时代加强领导法制化建设具有重大的现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | Leadership legalization is an important component of Deng Xiaoping's ideology of leadership.Its essence is to turn the rule by people into the rule by law in terms of the legal system.It has profoundly expounded that the leadership legalization of the Chinese Communist Party and the state is the fundamental requirements of China's socialist democracy construction. It has also elaborated on the fundamental objectives,basic requirements and a series of dialectical relations of the leadership legalization construction, which is of great realistic significance for us to strengthen the construction of leadership legalization. |
