| 摘 要： | 糖尿病已成为继心血管疾病和肿瘤之后的第3位威胁人类健康的非传染性疾病。糖耐量减低(IGT)是2型糖尿病前期,患者每年以10%的速度进展为糖尿病。糖尿病是一种目前不可根治的终生性疾病,可引起急慢性并发症而致残致死。及早对IGT者采取行为干预和药物干预可减少糖尿病的发病率。

| Abstract: | Diabetes mellitus has become the third uninfectious disease after cardiovascular disease and tumor which affects our human health.IGT is the beginning period of diabetes mellitus 2 and the numbers of the patients with IGT who develop to diabetes mellitus has been increasing at the rate of 10% every year.At present,diabetes mellitus is incurable and it can cause acute and chronic disease,even make people disabled or die.Taking early behavior or medical measures to IGT patients can decrease diabetes mellitus. |
