| 摘 要： | 本篇把历史上的刘秀与王莽两人治国之策进行对比分析,论述了刘秀成功王莽失败的根本原因是在于治国有无民本思想的基本问题。纵观历史,再看今天,江泽民主席提出的“三个代表”确实是得民心之举,因此,我们的国家会发展得更快更好。

| Abstract: | The article compares and analyzes Liu Xiu's and Wang Mang's strategies of running a country, drawing a conclusion that the result of Liu Xiu's success and Wng Mang's failure due to the ruling conception , whether conformed to the will of the people or not. Chairman Jiang Zemin's "Three Representatives" thought complies with such a trend. |
