| 摘 要： | 目的:观察冠心病患者血液流变学指标的变化,探讨冠心病的发病机制.方法:冠心病患者50例为研究对象,30例健康人作为对照组.测定血液流变学各项指标的变化.结果:冠心病组表现为血液流变性异常,全血黏度、血浆黏度显著高于对照组(P＜0.05～0.01).结论:血液流变性异常在冠心病的发生发展中具有重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the changes of hemorheological indexes in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) and study the mechanism of CAD. Methods: To measure the changes of indexes of hemorheology in the CAD group (50 patients with CAD) and control group (30 healthy people). Results: It showed that there was obvious abnormal hemorrheological properties in patients with CAD, plasma viscosity and blood viscosity were significantly higher compared with control group (P<0. 05-0. 01). Conclusion: The results suggested that abnormal hemorrheological properties played a importance role in the pathogenesis of CAD. |
