| 摘 要： | 中亚由于其特殊的地域位置,在全球地缘政治中有着鲜明的特点。自“9.11“事件后中亚在地缘、石油、反恐等方面作用日益明显,中美两国由于战略利益的需求,中亚地区对中美两国在21世纪初的世界舞台上有着极为重要的战略意义。
