个人主义教学及其批判

摘    要:每个教师都是从自己出发去从事教学活动的,这是教学作为人类特有的社会活动的一个基本特点。正是"从自己出发"而产生的这种个人的自我的教学感觉或自我的教学观念,容易遮蔽乃至遗忘了教学的社会性,从而孕育和滋生了教学的个人主义倾向。教师个人主义教学主要表现为课堂中心主义、学科中心主义和学校中心主义。教师不能等待教学客观条件的改善,必须努力克服自身的缺陷包括心理上的障碍,才有可能走出个人主义教学的困境。

On Individualism Teaching and Its Critique

Abstract:As we know,teachers always engage in teaching activity according to their own wills, which is basic for the special social activity of human beings.This self-teaching feeling or the self- teaching ideology could easily obstruct or even neglect the sociality of teaching,thus to breed and cause the tendency of individualism teaching.Teachers' individualism teaching is mainly centered on class,discipline and schools.A teacher should try his best to overcome his own weakness,including psychological barrier,rather than waiting for the improvement of the objective teaching condition. Only in this way,can he get out of the dilemma of individualism teaching.
