摘    要:从教师教育产品的性质来看,师范毕业生是一种拥有更多公共产品特征、更接近于公共产品的准公共产品。恢复师范生免费教育制度,是人们对教师教育产品性质认识深化及公共财政职能认识深入的本质体现。在我国当前经济社会发展条件下,全面恢复师范生免费教育制度,既有必要性的一面,也具有一定的可行性,应尽快出台相关政策予以实施。与此同时,这一举措也将会面临很多新的问题,需要我们认真进行思考。

Abstract:Looking from the characteristic of the product of teachers education,it is a quasi-public product with more characteristic of public product.Restoring the system with free teachers education indicates the deeper understanding of the characteristic of the product of teachers education and function of public finance.Under the current condition,overall renewing the system with free teachers education has both necessity and feasibility.In the meanwhile,it faces many new problems which need us to think.
