离婚妇女经济救济制度的完善

离婚妇女作为妇女中的特殊群体，其法定权利应该得到充分实现。但由于法律规定的一些内容过于抽象、保障措施仍不到位等原因，妇女权益受到侵害的现象仍有发生。妇女生活相对贫苦化的问题目前尚未引起足够的重视。本文对目前婚姻法离婚经济帮助制度中存在的问题进行探讨，并对其制度性重构提出建议。

Improvement of Economic Relief System for Divorced Women

Those women divorced are the special groups, their fights should be achieved completely. But it is very abstract for us to understand contents of the law, so that their fights and interests are infringed due to incomplete safeguards. No enough attention is paid to their relatively poor life. The paper discusses the problem in economic relief system of divorcement in the present marriage law and proposes suggestion for systematic reconstruction.
