| Abstract: | The implementation of the "Strategy of Rejuvenating China through Science and Education" speeds up the reform and opening up in Chinese schools of higher education,and the competition between different universities is presently focused on the qualifications of teachers.Therefore,to change the present situation,to stabilize the contingent of teachers and to better the teachers' team in schools of higher education,it is highly necessary to begin from institutional innovation. |
