At present,there exist such phenomena on school physical education:teachers always attach great importance to class teaching but neglect outside class activities,and the students are suffering greatly from the deficiency of outside class sports activities.According to the course objective of PE and health this article points out that integrating class teaching with outside class is the key to implement the guiding ideology"Health is the most important "as well as to achieve the constant development of school PE.
