高考取向下教师角色正当性的审视

摘    要:在高考取向下,教师的牧羊人 拆解的身份是合理而正当的。但素质教育价值取向需要的不是纯粹高考技术型的教师,而是多元兴趣型教师。从这一角度审视的话,教师个体和群体当下的正当性角色与合理性身份存在危机。教师群体角色重构已是必然。这一过程的实现有赖于外部环境、措施的保障和促进。

Abstract:The orientation of college entrance examination justifies the role and identity of a teacher as a sheepherder and explainer. However, as the quality-oriented education demands teachers with multi-interest, rather than pure technical teachers for college entrance examination, the rationality of teachers' role and identity is challenged. It is thus imperative to reconstruct teaches' role and identity. The realization of this process should be promoted and guaranteed by the external surroundings and measures.
