高等职业院校办学模式的新探索——兼谈“双语互动、多岗轮换”国际工程技术人才培养的实践

在国家＂走出去＂战略下,国际工程技术人才需求激增,培养国际工程技术人才成为紧迫任务。石家庄铁路职业技术学院以国际工程试点班为载体,进行了＂双语互动、多岗轮换＂人才培养模式的探索,在课程体系、教学模式、实训基地、管理机制等方面进行了有益的尝试。而面对不同国别、不同民族、不同生产方式的变化,这种探索仍将继续。
