| 摘 要： | 目前经济运行中出现有效需求与有效供给双重不足的状况 ,根本原因在于供给制度的滞后 ,企业在供给产品的价格、结构和质量上不能适应消费者的需要。供给制度的创新应着力于供给价格、供给结构和供给质量的调整和改革。技术创新对供给制度的创新起巨大的推动作用。

| Abstract: | At present, there exist both conditions of insufficient effective demands and supply in economic operation, the roots of which lie in the lagging of the supply system and enterprises' inability to meet the consumers' needs in price structure and quality of their supplied products. So innovation of the supply system should focus on the regulation and reform of the supplying prices, structures and qualities. Technical innovation gives a great impetus to that of the supply system. |
