It's strength and persistence shocked the world. However, with the slump of NASDAQ in the second quarter of 2001, there emerged a tendency of declining in the economy growth of America. Moreover, no evidence of rebound can be found up to now. The slump also shocked the world. This article tries to analyze the system factors leading to the rising and declining.
