| 摘 要： | 对地方高校校企联合的现状进行调查，指出其存在的问题，通过分析政府、企业、地方高校三方在校企联合培养工程技术人才中的作用，提出了进一步推动校企联合培养工程技术人才的对策，从而改善地方高校工程教育的不足，提高地方高校工程技术人才培养的质量。
