| Abstract: | In this paper, the basic prerequisites of a harmonious library and basics personal qualities as well as moral and ethical values of a librarian working in such a library is closely examined. It also elaborates explicitly the linchpin and key, salient features of a harmonious library as well as the importance of acquiring a compatible environment towards the building of a harmonious library. These issues are evaluated with a fundamental purpose of enhancing the provision and development of an institute of tertiary education. |
