| Abstract: | This paper made longitudinal tracking and horizontal comparison on official literature of notice and announcement based on ：2002 to 2009 students＇ physical health standard. Its full implementation can be achieved by setting up a professional testing team, strengthening the supervision and attaching great importance to data quality. |
