| 摘 要： | 多相Mn（salen）催化的非官能化烯烃的不对称环氧化获得了巨大的进步，综述了近年来有关Mn（salen）催化剂固载的研究进展。重点评述了Mn（salen）催化剂固载特点、机理、新进展与应用，在此基础上对手性Mn（Salen）催化剂的应用前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Various homogeneous and immobilized manganese-salen complexes on the non-functionalized catalytic asymmetric epoxidation of olefins has been a great progress.The development of the ways to immobilizition of Mn （salen） catalysts in recent years is reviewed in detail. Reviews focus on the features .the new progress and application of immobilized Mn（salen） catalysts.The future developments of immobilized Mn（salen） catalysts are also presented on the basis of the literature reviewing. |
