高校社会主义法治文化建设策略探讨

高校社会主义法治文化建设目前有法治文化主体存在法律意识上的短板、法治文化建设机制不够健全、规章制度徒有形式、学生法治活动少且流于形式等问题，加强高校社会主义法治文化建设提高国家文化软实力和全面推进依法治国的关键一环，高校社会主义法治文化建设应重视精神文化、制度文化、物质文化、行为文化等方面的建设。

A Strategic Study of Cultural Construction of Socialist Rule of Law in Colleges

The goal of this study is to examine such issues of college culture construction in socialist rule of law as weak subject awareness, imperfect mechanism, formalism in regulations, insufficient activities for students’ participation, etc. It argues that the cultural construction in the rule of law can be strengthened in the areas of spirit, institutions, materials, conduct, etc. to advance the national soft power and comprehensively law-based governance.
