广西体育高等专科学校教育实习组织管理存在的问题与对策探讨

摘    要:运用调查法、文献资料法、经验法对广西体育高等专科学校学生毕业前的教育实习现状进行研究。研究表明,教育实习存在的主要问题有学生专业基础不扎实,专业知识面较窄,专业基本能力相对较弱,学生综合教育能力欠缺;指导教师对中小学的教材、教法等情况需要进一步熟悉,教育实习的管理经验不足、针对性不够、组织和措施不力等。主要原因是教学计划未能突出主干课程的作用,教育资源未能保证教育教学过程的实施,教育实习组织管理存在问题,有待制度化、规范化和科学化。针对出现的问题,提出相应的对策,正确认识掌握知识和培养能力的关系,从实际出发制定科学合理教学计划,加强对教育实习的总体规划和全程组织,建立教育实习检查评定的标准体系和反馈机制。

Abstract:By adopting the ways of investigation, documentary information and education experience conclusion, the research on the graduate student's practice situation of Guangxi P.E professional college indicated that the education practice had many problems. For example, the students have an unstable speciality foundation, narrow speciality knowledge, weak speciality basic ability, and lack of comprehensive teaching ability. The supervisor is unfamiliar with the junior and high school teaching materials. They do not have enough managing experience of teaching practice, focus, organization and measure. The main reason is that the teaching plan did not stress mainstay course's function, the education resources did not guarantee the practice of the teaching process, and the problem exists in the education practice organization management. All should be systematized, standardized, and scientific. Because of these problems, we raised the relevant countermeasure and recognize the relationship between mastering knowledge and nurturing ability correctly. We make a scientific rational teaching plan based on the fact; strengthening the total programme and organization of education practice, and feedback system of education practice evaluation.
