| 摘 要： | 本文分析国外开放大学首任校长的远程教育思想,探讨了开放大学在创办初期,在争取大学自治、学术自由、民主管理的艰辛历程中,首任校长们所扮演的独特角色.尽管开放大学仍处于发展的初级阶段,然而对远程教育机构领导者远程教育思想的探讨,仍具有重要的历史意义和现实意义.

It has great historical and present meaning for the sustainable development of open universities. |
