| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员在学生教育管理工作中应具备“六心”：对每一位学生要有“爱心”；对学生的教导要有“恒心”；对自己要有“信心”；对任何学生事务都要“细心”；在工作产生职业倦怠期时，要及时转换心情，发挥“耐心和责任心”；对于工作要“多心”。
