| 摘 要： | 经济学中的人性研究以经济问题为前提,管理学中的人性研究以人性化管理为重要内容,两者对人性问题的研究既有区别又有联系。本文分别论述了经济学与管理学中对人性问题的研究,通过对两者的比较,分析经济学与管理学在人性研究方面的异同,希望能够为经济管理提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The study on human nature in economics starts from its problem,and it also takes humanized management as the important content in management.They have the differences and relationship on the study of human nature.This paper respectively discusses the study of human problems in economics and management by their comparisons,and analyzed the similarities and differences of human study between economics and management,and hopes to provide theoretical basis for economic management. |
