| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来，中国数学教育工作者，对“数学建模”教学活动作了多角度研究，但是作为一种新型的数学教与学的方式，尚未完全形成，还缺少若干要件．因此，应将“数学建模教学”纳入“MM教育方式“，用“MM教育方式”指导数学建模活动．
