Pr3+ 掺杂CaO-TiO2-SiO2体系红色磷光体的合成

摘    要:利用高温固相反应法合成了一种新型的红色磷光体——Pr^3 掺杂CaO—TiO2—SiO2体系,利用X—ray衍射和红外分光光度测定,以表征其结构,用荧光分光光度计测试了其激发、发射光谱。表明该材料是一种适合紫外和可见光激发,并具有很好发光性能的红色磷光体。

Abstract:Utilize high temperature and solid phase reaction, a new type and red phosphorescence of Pr~(3+) doping CaO-TiO_2-SiO_2 were synthesized. The structure were studied using X-ray diffraction pattern and infrared spectrophotometer. The excitation spectrum and emission spectrum were measurement and tested using fluorospectrophotometer. The result had been showed the material that one suit UV and Vis excite, have better performance.
