| 摘 要： | 滥用职权是一种严重的腐败现象.作为政府机关公务人员,是否存在滥用职权,应着重看他在行使职权上的实际表现.为防止滥用职权的产生,应该对职权及职权的行使作出严格的限定.同时,要加强既来自于执政党和具有法定监督权的国家机关,也来自于人民群众和社会舆论的监督.
