| 摘 要： | 随着互联网的飞速发展，网络文化应运而生。网络文化具有资源共享、个体自由张扬、信息结构多元化、情感满足等特征，由此形成的网络文化环境对高校师德建设提出了严峻的挑战。高校师德建设必须面对现实进行理念提升、模式重构及方法创新。
