大学生自主学习能力培养中存在的问题及对策

自主学习能力培养是高等教育的重要内容,但就现状而言存在着一些问题。高校忽视学生的学习适应过程,缺少学业激励机制。教师持有管理学生的传统观点,学生自主性不高。大学生的专业热情低迷,心理不够成熟,很难在学习过程中形成自我监控。针对这些问题,学校应确保学习资源充足,丰富兴趣激励机制,教师也应以服务学生为定位,关注学生的个性特征,重视学习策略的传授。

Problems and Countermeasures of College Students' Autonomous Learning Ability Training

The cultivation of autonomous learning ability is an important content of higher education,but there are still some problems existing.College has neglected the adaptation of students in the learning process and lacks academic interest incentive mechanism at the same time.The traditional view of teachers’managing students makes them haven’t enough autonomy in studying.Students＇enthusiasm in their majors is so sluggish and the psychology is so immature that it is difficult for them to form a self-monitoring in the process of learning.Aiming at these problems,colleges should ensure to have enough learning resources and enrich interest incentive mechanism;teachers should serve the students as the orientation,focus on students’personality characteristics and pay attention to the learning strategies teaching.
