| 摘 要： | 创新能力是一个国家和社会发展进步的动力。创新能力的培养从根本上来说就是创新思维的培养,培养学生的创新思维是培养学生创新能力的关键。因此,充分认识创新思维的含义与特征,研究影响女大学生创新思维形成的主要因素,从营造宽松的创新环境,激发求知欲和好奇心,加强创造性思维训练,塑造创新人格,参加各种创新实践等方面,探索女大学生创新思维培养的有效途径,对提高当代女大学生的创新能力具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | Innovation ability is the motive power of a country’ development.to cultivate students’ innovative thinking is the key to cultivate students’innovation ability.Therefore,we should understand the meaning and characteristics of creative thinking,and know the main influentional factors of cultivating female college students’ creative thinking.we can explore the effective ways of cultivating the innovative thinking of female college students from creating a relaxed environment,stimulating their curiosity,strengthening the training of creative thinking,cultivating their creative personality,taking part in a variety of innovative practice. |
