| 摘 要： | 在分析自我效能感对个体发展产生重要影响的基础上，结合高校学生教育管理实践，提出将自我效能感理论运用到大学生教育管理工作中的方法和途径，通过建立必要的积极干预措施，帮助大学生改善自我效能感，合理设计人生发展规划。
