| 摘 要： | 改革开放后出现的新社会阶层具有一些共同特征,他们都是高风险,高收入。拥有的经济资源与文化资源分配正逐渐趋于一致。这一阶层具有开放性,这一性质对每一个中国公民都提供了相等的机会。其成员的自主自立、风险意识、流动意识、竞争意识、创新意识,给社会成员树立了榜样。
